Sid brings extensive frontline and executive experience in security management to his role as Managing Director of Blackstone Group Holdings. His career spans the supervision of licensed venues, serving as a Site Supervisor and Operations Coordinator for a major government contract within the Department of Health with 500+ staff and 24/7 coverage, and later leading operations as the General Manager of a rapidly growing security firm.
Throughout these roles, Sid has developed strong leadership and management capabilities, with a clear focus on robust systems, compliance, and operational consistency. His commitment to structured processes ensures protocols are followed at all times, supporting both service quality and confidence from clients.
Sid’s philosophy is built on people. He believes maintaining strong relationships with both staff and clients is essential to nurturing healthy, sustainable partnerships. With a background in leadership, operations, and customer service at one of Western Australia’s largest health clubs, Reuben bring years of hands-on experience managing high-performing teams, maintaining premium facilities, and delivering exceptional client experiences. As a co-owner of a premium gym and an experienced General Manager, he understands that attention to detail, consistency, and communication are what separate a good service from a great one.
Reuben’s approach to cleaning is built around professionalism, accountability, and measurable results. Every client has different expectations, which is why he focuses on creating clear, customised service plans tailored to each business or property. From the beginning, he will prioritise open communication and transparent processes, ensuring nothing is left to guesswork and every expectation is clearly understood and delivered on.
